During this course, you’ll learn the fundamentals of freediving: conscious breathing, relaxation techniques, safety, freediving physiology, and how to improve your underwater performance. The course includes three phases:
1. Freediving theory, which you can complete online at your own pace using the PADI digital manual.
2. Confined water session (pool), where you’ll practice static and dynamic apnea, focusing on breath control and movement.
3. Open water session, where you’ll apply what you’ve learned through vertical (constant weight) dives, improving your depth and technique in a real marine environment.
